The programme starts with a 3 minute edited version of the BCJ report, that brings the viewers up to date;Citizen Impact takes off from that point, following the trail back to the ‘scene’ of the original incident. The anchor, a competent Journalist, tracks down the characters who starred in the story– the main victims, the key witnesses, the fringe actors, media persons in the know, the concerned authorities who were supposed to take action. Piecing together the illuminating quotes and interview extracts, the anchor tries to give an idea of the fall out of the  news report..
