1. Graphics
Graphic Designer
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Television media.
- Must have expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, 3D max, After effect or Combustion.
- Other experiences like Flash, Maya and any editing software are preferable.
- Should have good design sense and artistic skills
- Ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace
- Should have a wide understanding of new trends in the same media and flexible for any styles.
Trainee Graphic Designer
A minimum of 1+ years of experience in Television media.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, 3D max and After effect or Combustion.
- Keen interest to learn and do more in the same field.
- Experience in Flash, Maya and any editing software are preferable.
- Understanding in new trends and also in design principles such as color, layout, information design.
Ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace.
2. Sales
Manager – Sales: Graduates with 8-10 years experience in media sales, FMCG and Retail willing to engage in result oriented customer-interface in a competitive environment. Willing to travel and be posted in any major city in the country. Age below 35 years.
Manager-Merchandising & Sales Promotion: Graduates with a strong flair for merchandising operations, with 8-10 years experience in sales of preferably entertainment products like TV programs, audios or branded software in national and overseas markets, willing to travel extensively. Age below 35 years
Manager- Communications & Promotion : Graduates with a post graduate qualification in advertising, mass communications with 8-10 years experience in independently handling all aspects of multi-media advertising and sales promotion activities in a competitive environment.Age below 35 years.
Territory Heads-Distribution: Graduates with 5-7 years experience in independently handling distribution of satellite TV networks and promoting availability and connectivity across large viewer segments, willing to travel extensively. Age below 35 years
Asst Managers – Sales: Graduates with 3-5 years sales experience in media, FMCG and Retail willing to engage in end-customer interface in small, medium and large businesses and willing to travel extensively. Age below 30 years (Candidates with lesser experience can be considered for the post of Executive –Sales)
3. Programmes
Senior Producers: Graduates with a minimum of 5 years experience in a TV channel, on planning, scheduling programmes and production. Should possess good taste and awareness about Television programming in international standpoints. Candidates should also have creative leadership qualities. Age below 35 years.
Producers : Young, dynamic, media savvy visualisers of programmes and promotional capsules. Graduates in visual media preferred. Age below 30 years.
4. News
Senior Journalists: Post Graduates in Journalism and Mass Communication / Visual Media or a Bachelor’s Degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism / Visual Media with a minimum of 5 years experience in News Channel or in News Department of any channel. Command over Malayalam and English is essential with a proven track record. Should have adequate training in News Reporting, News Production Managing Production Run-down, Live Graphics and Editorial Desk operations. Age below 30 years.
Journalist Trainees : Post Graduates in Journalism and Mass Communication / Visual Media or a Bachelor’s Degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism / Visual Media. Well versed in Malayalam and English. Good taste in visual media and should have journalistic talent for Reporting and Editing. Age below 25 years.
5. Engineering and IT
Manager – Engg. & IT : B.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Master of Computer Applications (MCA). Cisco Certified Network Professional certificate (CCNP). At least five years experience in installation and configuration of various Servers, Routers, Switches etc. with excellent knowledge on network protocols. Age below 35 years
6. Library
Librarian: Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in Library and Information Science with 5-7 years experience . Candidates awaiting MLISC results can also apply. Working knowledge in a Digital library environment with digital indexing/archiving is a definite advantage preferably with experience in Visual media. Age below 35 years
7. Finance
Asst. Manager- Finance : CA-Inter with at least 5 years experience in handling accounts of large companies, or B.Com./M.Com with 8-10 years of experience in handling accounts of large companies. Age below 40 years
8. Web
Flash Animator
A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an animator.
- Advanced understanding of design principles such as color, typography, layout, and information design.
