Ajesh & Chippy have won the Grand Finale of Let’s Dance held on the 25th of October, 2008.

They sashayed  in style to pocket the prize of Rs. 10 lakhs in gold.

The prizes were presented by  Chief Guests Abbas and Samvrutha Sunil , dynamic young cine artistes, along with Prasanna Master, Young Turk of Choreographers.

With three pulsating performances that riveted the audiences to their seats, this smashing couple stole a march over their rivals and romped home  to the title and the purse.

John & Sumi, won the second prize of Rs. 5 lakhs in gold , with Akarsh & Harsh bagging the 3rd spot  and 3 lakhs in gold , in a sizzling show telecast live over the world.

Punctuating the Finale were other rousing numbers from contestants of Amrita TV’s previous reality shows  that had the capacity crowd swaying in unison and  giving  respite to competing nerves that were taut with tension.

Before a jam-packed audience, the  contestants kept their heads cool and their feet in step with  the tune, even as the tempo increased with every  round and the SMS votes  poured in from around the globe to tally their fate.

The cliff-hanger of a competition, studded with captivating performances wound to a close after 3 hours of non-stop excitement,  bringing the curtain down on  the first  reality show for dancing pairs   in the history of Malayalam Television.
