Bhadra,one thing I forgot to mention abt the farewell song. A great devotional song with lot of meanings sung by the great ILAYARAJA - NINNAISARANAM ADAINTHEN KANNAMMA.... I think in the raga Pandhuvarali was a scintillating rendering which simply melted my mind.A very very good song selection for the farewell.Good performance.Don\'t know whether you will see this or not.Just I hv written. You were a deserving candiate. I would have definitely voted off Antony, Ramya and Anu. I would have even picked you over Suparna, if required. I belive that the final competition should have been between: Nikhil, Sidhesh, you(Bhadra) and Sujith.

Dear judges y u people not opening ur eyes and ears....try to Escape them in dangerous Situation like eliminate round....i have one request to Judges that in elimination round, give a chance to sing a song and u will decide who is in and who is out. Bhadra,to continue don\'t know whether you hv seen the 5 youngsters who will be competing in the finals of Munch Star Singer junior of asianet each one is equally very good and it will bea daunting task for the judges to find out the real singer for the top slot and the better one will win the same.Reg.their interaction with Shankar Mahadevan that was telecast,Mahadevan after some initial introduction and singing gave them some advises which all the would be singers must note. He told the young that he started studying carnatic music from young age being propelled by his parents while concentrating on his studies also.By putting hard work on both he qualified as an Engineer and got a good position in an established company in Bombay. Though his ancestors belong to Palghat then moved to Bombay and he studied there only.So no problem for hindi to him and he learned hindustani music also.Though playback singing was not his interest at that time thru somebody he was called by a music director to sing for a film.His first song itself became a hit though the film did not see the light of the day.Then he got lot of opportunities.He said he just went to sing his first song as he was not sure whether the same will be accepted or not and even if he was rejected always he had a job to bank upon and no need to wander in search of film songs. So he advised the young children to give priority to studies and music as a side show.
While learning music classical they shuld be perfect in sruthy,taala,bhava,raga notes etc and no mistake shuld come at any point to become a good singer.As he knows hindi and tamil well he shines in both as well in stages and now he has become a full time musician.So too the case of SPB an engineer turned musician.
Then he advised them as the competition will be over soon the youngsters shuld make it a point that in the course of next 3 or 4 years they must develop their own style of singing which is very important as they hv already sung lot of songs sung by other singers.If they develop their own style then they will be noticed even by music directors and there is no use of simply imitating the existing famous singers which will carry them nowhere.It is ok for the show they hv participated as they hv no choice as they hv been asked to sing like that but not in their future life when they become their own masters.A very good piece of advise he gave in this.I wish you also to emulate the same thing.
As said in one of my comments that I hoped you,anu,uma and suparna to move up in the ladder.But that never happened and suparna can\'t do much as she is already limping in marks every round and may face exit sooner.With the exit of all my favourites the show has become one of no consequence to me and I am also relieved of 90 mts of good time which I can spend hearing nice classical musics or reading good books etc.Many known to me will also opt for the same as there is no more thrill in this show which we hv seen in the Munch star singer show and cld not guess which contestant is better than another.Here anybody can guess who will be the winners easily and does not require lectures fromthe three ppl.

Bhadra girl, as expected the results also came out like that.Only surprise is that Anu too was sent out though they were flg the method of sending a boy and a girl in the earlier rounds but in all the earlier exits the lower marks were scored by a boy and a girl but in this round the last three spots were cornered by suparna,anu and you and so they hv eliminated you and anu as if they follow the formula of sending a boy and a girl then they hv to send sujith who has scored slightly less than a mark than antony and as he can\'t be packed out as the show will lose the charm of noisy songs they hv victimised you n anu though your marks were way below that of anu by at least 5 marks and even then as anus marks were less than that of suparna she too was sent out.Anyway take all is well that ends well.
Your confident speech despite interruptions from deepak and jayan ,general thanksgiving with due respect to your parents,teachers,friends I really appreciate.I also wrote to you like that not to say anything great abt the assessors as they don\'t deserve that.Deepak who does not know even ragas whether yamuna kalyanai or kalyani, and when somebody sang in kamboji he was referring to sahana and alphons is no way better.As both hv only basics in carnatic music as r still only learning, much need not be expected from them.Jayan knows but no use as he has the mindset to appreciate only nikhil and even if he says something has the tendency to give maximum marks.I don\'t hv anything abt nikhil as he is a good singer but that does not mean he shuld be pushed by hook or crook to the top spot and I am sure he won\'t be the winner in this game and even if he succeeeds he will be a miserable failure in the field. So forget abt this sordid episode of poor quality.
Coming to farewell performance you hv sung very nicely and also opend your heart fully by telling that you are a changed person and are now interacting well with friends and others.That is a real raise of bhadra as expected by me.Now as you hv been released from the shackles of this show concentrate on your studies well as I hv suggested many times earlier and come out meritoriously in yr education and career.At the same time as I feel still you are in the process of learning carnatic music give more importance to the same by at least spending one hour a day somehow and keep the correct voice modulation which you are lacking at present as your voice changes now and then in all your songs which shuld be avoided.It is ok for this show but in music world you must hv certain what we call \'kattai\' ie I think pitch as I don\'t know what they call in malayalam, and keep the same always,perfection in sruthy,ragas and their notes,taalas and other niceties of music which alone can make one a good singer.So for that you require rigorous practice and as you hv told you are learning from some teachers they may be able to guide you or even your Amma can help in this as she seems to be a good singer.It is a great relief that you were absolutely composed when they said you are out without showing any sort of emotions.That is great although your Amma was ok in the initial stage she got emotional towards the end and that is natural.She need not worry abt you,tell her.All the tantrums enunciated by deepak and jayan need not be taken at face value as is the usual formula on their part and why shuld they worry whether you are in or out when they hv their own ppl to promote and get their fat pay pockets for just blabbering something?It is also a laughable thing when deepak commented that so many music directors,musicians,film produthanked for making some jokers like cers,etc are watching you ,a joke of theis decade which can be remembered always.SMS is a factor which need not be depended on which I always stress and only the marks one gets decide the fate.That is the fact.Then why the new found joker anand always insist on that on behalf of the producers?Real tamasha in all the reality shows this sms factor.
I think now you are a relieved person and concentrate on yr studies and music.Music I mean hindustani also if you are interested.Gayatri was doing like that but her position is different.All th singers must hv a good knowledge and thoroughness of classical music and then only they can shine in singing even film songs.Jesudas,chitra,sujatha,venugopal etc all hv good knowledge of classical music and so they can\'t faulter in their songs.So too all the musicians of carnatic songs or hindustani songs.So you too develop that skill of perfection which can be acquired ony over years and good practice and then you can become a great singer and not by hearing some film musics.

Bhadra,todays telecast of song from the film \'kannathil muthamittal\' wasa lovely one and I am not bothered abt the comments of Jayan as he and his other two chamchas hv decided to pack you out of the show even from the last round.If deepak was the culprit in the previous round Jayan took his position to finish the task by giving lower and lower marks irrespective of good or bad singng as he has been doing from the exit of Uma in the 8th round as the three hv their own agenda to pursue and they do the same meticulously and their comments are only some shibboleths and comments for comments sake and the surprise factor after making bad comments in some other contestants they gave good marks which show that they are not fit to be judges and put individual preferences without any sense of conscience.
They say all in the name of God.Even the church going alphons is in no way better in this respect.Sheer nonsense.
I hv read abt an interview sometimes back in a magazine given by P.Jayachandran, a very good singer of yester years that by these reality shows actually the contestants are made to crawl before bad comments and thereby losing confidence in themselves as they cld not study the great songs of the past masters who composed wonderful songs, and by cunningly ask the ciontestants in each round of songs from categories which hv no relevance to good songs and by giving lower marks they force them to ask for sms or mercy votes thereby enhancing the revenues of the channels who conduct these shows and the channels hv found this as a gold mine in that way and make the contestants and their parents to become prey to the show by offering fabulous prizes and thereby killing genuine music and the remixing of old songs is another category which kills the original song and therby commiting great sins.Coming from a person of good knowlede the same has to be respected.
Anyway all these I am writing only to give some mental toughness to face the exit on saturday probably.Be your cool as you are always and never give yourself to any emotions as there is no necessity for the same and naturally all your friends incl.Jayan and co will come to the stage some hugging,some crying this and that as is usual in all the exit but this shuld be a differnet type of exit and you shuld assert yourself as if this show is nothing of importance to you and I don\'t want you to show any emotions and if there is something bury the same in your mind and show your toughness which is necessary to keep in life to face such situatuions.Never join the chorus of crying.I know you are a soft type and will be carried away with emotions but you must show your other side of toughness also and even in exit you shuld not lose yr balance even if others cry and try to soothen you as if this is the end of somebody. Never give such an impression as all hv to exit except the top 3 ppl.So there is no need for that.Becoming SS2 is not a great thing in life which won\'t carry the winner anywhere as that is not a certificate of merit and the same can be treated as if some award you hv got in youth festivals as this show is also like that.Partiality judgments,pampering their favourite contestants and all such things of which I don\'t want to go deep again.All reality shows of all channels adopt the same methods and not confined to this alone.AS this is an expected exit and not a surprise exit there is nothing to gloat over.So keep yr mind firm and never lose your balance.Why I write this is I am fed up with every exit scenes of crying ,sympathy from the assessors all such things in all the shows and badly in need of a change from the usual chorus.Hence my repeated advise to you everyday.If you show that guts you will be applauded.Don\'t waste yr time in singing farewell song and all such things and say good bye for the show as I am sure such a request will come to sing some song sung by you earlier and yr farewell song and if insisted just sing some devotional slokas and sign off.Don\'t know what is in yr mind at that time but if you take this type of step really that can be appreciated from the normal procedures as the same type of treatment is expected from you in this show as nothing is going to happen by taking such a step.
Hope YOU WILL READ THIS BEFORE YOUR JOURNEY TO FACE THE RESULTS AND MAKE UP YR MIND FIRMLY AS WHAT YOU SHULD DO. Other matters I hv already written and the same will be taken care of.No problems.Good Wishes for coming upto this level.Other things I leave to your wisdom.God bless.

Bhadra girl, I don\'t want to do any postmortem of what has already happened which pushed you to this low level whether yr song selection, rendering,bad judgments from Jayan and co, bad marks etc as all that had happened and take everything in good spirits and of no consequence but at least you hv been able to sing some 60 or so songs and also cld hear a number of songs from others as also able to make some good friends and able to understand the system of the working of this game called reality shows all these are good points and exit from this show need not put your mind in self sympathy as that is a very bad thing and all shuld be taken on a positive note.So forget this as another experience in life .You need not bother abt sms which you will get more than what you expected. but only hitch is yr poor marks and whether the same will do any damage or not,don\'t know.Anyway face whatever the decision with equanimity of mind as this is only a flimsy show and has no value in real life at least for you.
As usual when your exit is announced you will get a DVD and sympathetic advisory speeches will be made by Jayan and co and there will be crocodile tears shed by many.These are the things usually we see.But I don\'t want you to succumb to such artificial things and face the result boldly and make a speech confidently pointing out all aspects instead of thanking this person or that person and unnecessarily euologising all tom,dick and harry.The judges also need not be praised unnecessarily as they get their pay pockets regularly and you also need not be carried away from the promise of Jayan that he will give you an opportunity in his films for singing{?} and such stupid things.Appreciate Stephen for his excellent display in this otherwise dull show as he is the only person of Grace and poise. In asianet show Nikhil started crying like a baby when he was shown the door and had to be consoled by a judge.The experience he got from there enabled him to select nice and complicated songs though some are useless for which also he got high marks as he is the favourite of Jayan and is supposed to be the winner of this show and sidesh for the second slot and remya for the third as suparna will probably get the axe next time.Only my guess from the way this show goes so far.Anu may go for another two rounds ie 18th as she has some favourites.
But all these ppl will be forgotten when the show is over and when the next edition starts in July or Aug the fans of the present contestants will become the fans of the newfaces.This game will go on so long as this reality show goes.So forget everything as if it is a tamasha in a tamasha show.
I hasten to write this as I am not sure whether I may or may not be able to make any more comments in your page when once you are out.So one thing I wish to stress again gear yourself for the great onslaught in your studies as that is the only thing that will lead you to glory and grandeur as also practice well carnatic music well that will help in yr future No problem for enjoying other types of music also as you desire..Not simple words of flattery.But you will know the effect of the same in due course if you take this seriously and as a challenge as many things are in store for you which will be unfolded in future.Take this for granted as I know you thru somebody.God be with you always.

Bhadra girl,from the song that was telecast and the lowest marks awarded one can easily understand in which direction the wind blows.Any amount of sms which itself is a mockery can save you this time,may be due to factors other than your singing.This I can gauage from the looks of Jayan and alphons.Don\'t worry abt going out from this show and treat the same as good for you so that u can heave a sigh of relief from continuing from this otherwise dull and insipid exhibition.As the final results are more or less on the predicted lines of me there is no point in continuing in this show wasting time,energy.And the great trio are also moving in that direction as is evident even from the last round.So just forget this as a dream and the experience you hv gathered will enable you to concentrate more on classical singing.Find a good teacher and practice at least for one hour a day.Not a great deal.You can do the same and try to make your singing so perfect which will help you in future.You can also study hindustani,western as you like like Gayatri.

Other side concentrate more and more on your sudies which has already suffered for a year
by taking part in this good for nothing exhibition.Of course you cld hv got some basic lessons from singing as many as 60 songs or so as well hear another number of songs by others.That can be considered as a benefit for you coming so far.So do both as now you are free of the preparation and singing and shuttling up and down and singing on stage waiting for marks and all such things can be ignored and the time you get utilise the same in studies and singing not for becoming playback singer or to join some group for ganamelas which are not yr field but for doing some concerts at a later time.Come with First Rank in your course as well join some PG course and come out of that also with Rank as I would like to see you corner ranks in the curriculam activities also like my daughters who always got first ranks in the Uty as well prof.courses and occupy great position in life as also in singing. This is my personal wish and I hv not shown that much interest in others except perhaps Uma. and for her only in classical singing and not studies.But in your case I wish you success in both studies and music as I know you hv the willy nilly to achieve the same..Take this in real spirit which I stress again and also as a challenge by putting hard work.God will always be with you.

Farooque, there is no necessity for me to give a reply as my comment was addressed to bhadra and not to you.Still as you hv raised some pertinent points to me which I appreciate as I hv never criticised the singers as I know some of them are doing well but what I said was abt the judgments.There is nothing in my comments which will demoralise the young singers and abt their singing style as each has got his or her own style.You can ponder the flg points why I degrade this show.

a} hv you seen any other shows where the judges jump like monkeys at every \'adipoli\' songs of sujith or sidesh or others.If the audience show excitement it is understandable but the judges shuld keep their cool.This happened in earlier rounds.
b] In one round when sujith sang some song composed by Jayan ,the song \'vidhyasthanam..\' Jayan jumped like anything and commented he was not bothered abt the pitching etc of the song as the same was sung by a character in the film who does not know singing and gave high marks along with others.Does that mean that \'adipoli\' songs do not necessarily hv pitching and other things and the songs sing by others shuld necessarily
contain pitching etc?
c} Hv you seen in other shows the judges acting like clowns with their sub standard wits abt the roly poly figure of a judge and making comments and shaking hands behind his back as if they hv conquered everest?
d} Hv you seen the chief judge in this case Jayan reading a private mail sent by a fan to a contestant ,a love letter and requesting deepak and anand to act as brokers to get the contestant get married to him openly?
e} hv you seen the judges always admire the costumes of the girl contestants and make nasty comments?
f}Hv u seen in other shows the anchor just like a joker telling everyday abt the judges the great trio,extra ordinary judges and such things?
g} hv u seen in other shows as Jayan and others saying for every song sung by the contestants that the song is a favourite of them and telling thanks to to the composer and singer of that song?Then which is not their unfavourable songs?
h} hv u seen ppl who come from foreign countries being brought by some persons just to see the shoot and asking them what marks shuld be given to the contestant when they don\'t know the language,song,marks etc and when they blabber something and give good marks?
i} hv you seen in other shows duet category round after round, first general duet,then judges films duet,other composers duet,now audience choice duet,added to that duets of the male contestants and female contestants among themselves as if the porogramme makers hv no idea to include what categories of songs to be included and thereby exibit their ignorance that they know only duets and nothing else mainly and in this way they may also include the judge and the contestant duet in the next round.Does not look that funny for you?
j}hv you seen the judges mainly Jayan has become the fan of a contestant and whatever he sings he gives maximum marks.Do you agree with that?Of course he sings well becoz he has already got enough experience by singing in asianet singer contest earlier and eliminated in the final rounds and the experience he gained can withstand him against the new comers.Just becoz of that shuld he deserve high marks for all songs even if the same is sub standard.Does not that look partial?Judges shuld not become the fans of the ciontestants as they are paid for assessing and not to promote certain persons as they are not paid for that.But here only such things happen.
The above are only some points and I can quote a number of others as the same will consume much space.What will u call such a show great,fabulous,marvellous? It can only be called a stupid show or jokers show and nothing else.You can hv yr own views but I hv only this opinion as the judges are partial and not upto the mark.

2.Secondly rank holders need not shine.Agreed.But rank is a rank which comes out of intelligence even in music as there are rank holders in music singing as playback singers.So by insisting Bhadra to get rank is my personal ambition as my daughters also rank holders thruout and hv nice careers.I hv not asked any other contestants to get ranks but only Bhadra as in my view she can shine both in career and in classical music and hence my insistence on that.As this is a personal advise from me to her you hv no business to write on that as I hv not asked you or other contestants abt the same.I don\'t like such unnecessary interference when I write something personal in her page.So your comment on that is irrelevant to me. I know Bhadra and probably sujith will be out this time and from next round onwards as the trio move in that direction as is evident, they will not be there.Hence my advise to her not to take part in any reality shows and waste her time instead of chalking out a good career.
So confine yourself to hearing songs instead of making lectures.Best wishes.

Bhadra, to continue I hv to say you are an affable person without any pretensions which I see in one or two others.There is no necessity for pampering the judges as they are not heaven sent persons and only of average type and this is their livelihood.So I don\'t wish to comment on them again as enough has been said.Personally speaking I hv two daughters both are CAs and did their MBA in USA full time course for two years in well known universities and got very good placements .Both hv studied veena under good teachers and still practice them in their spare time while enjoying the film songs of malayalam,tamil,hindustani,western.Both are married to highly qualified boys and hv children and lead very good life.They also watch the singer shows and used to infm me abt the sub standard performances of certain contestants while getting higher marks and wondered what ails the ppl judging the contestants.Such is the opinion I get from many ppl and as such there is no necessity for you to get upset.Anyway you hv come to this level after wasting seven months or so spending valuable time,energy,money neglecting studies and what not.Hereafter take this as a lesson that this type of show is just money making shows which stretches for a year in one case and one and half years in another case .Parents in their avariciousness to get flat,apt,money make the contestants to undergo singing for months at a great risk which is really pathetic.It is ok if the contestant has not crossed xth std level or those who pusue music to attempt in this type of shows but not for ppl like you who study for higher courses to stake that by wasting your time by singing 60 or 70 songs over a period of 7 or 8 months in the hope of coming first.For what? I hv been stressing this factor only from the beginning but of no use.This is not like games or youth festivals where you won\'t lose much.These shows stretch more than a year and wasting on that is a crime.The beneficiaries are the winners,channels,sponsors,judges,service providers and nobody else.An intelligent person can easily found out what is going on in the channels.I also heard that all is not well with Amritatv also esp.SS2.Anyway forget everything as a dream and even if you are pushed to the next level by chance at the end of 16th round the position will be the same as you won\'t reach the top as the same has already been decided as told by me several times.
In this I wish to bring to your notice what Parveen Sultana a renowned hindustani musician of 70s and 80s of last century in an interview to an english daily said there used to be respect for raga,respect among singers,audience used to sit for 3 hrs to hear the concert but now a days nobody is interested in sitting more than an hour in a concert. She and her husband the great Ustad Dilshad Khan who is also her Guru said the\' Reality shows are some big time televised circuses and challenged to show at least one good musician produced by these shows.She lamented the trend as unfortunate and the shows actually destroy good talent\'.Music is to be heard and not seen.Now every contestant thinks to become like Latha,Asha,Jesudas,Chitra ,Shankar,Hariharan and the like but nobody knows the effrts they hv put to reach that position.Just by sining what they hv sung one won\'t become a good musician.All the winners in all reality shows are now simply wandering for chances as the market is already flooded with lot of singers and taking the same as their career is simply impossible.

In fine what I wished to stress you must hv known by this time as the same thing I hv said several times.This is not your field.So study well and come out with rank with the same zeal you hv shown in this show and do post graduation and I am sure you can achieve great things in your career and at the same time don\'t forget carnatic music which you must practice and that will help you in your later years.So again I stress don\'t bother abt this show which is immaterial and of course I regret that I will lose another promising singer though not thru this show as I can\'t contact you .That is the only sad thing for me as I was cocksure you won\'t reach the finals from the way the show is conducted and marks given by the three people.Of course I will try to find out somehow just to guide you if necessary and if you are interested. So be cheerful always as you hv not lost anything except some months and by this time you cld hv found out what are the things that are going on in the amritatv and that will keep you in good stead.
.HOPE YOU WILL GO THRU THIS and thru some miracle if you are pushed to the next round as I can\'t guess this forum can be used. .Your parting ways shows you are not confident.Take all for Good only.Be a relieved girl and carry on future plans.Never try again this type of shows,this is the only advise I can give.God will be with you always.

Bhadra,I happened to see yr mail as I know your marks shud be low as you were the last in the 13th round and in the present round also the same pattern continued.This I hv already known and also know that this round will see you and probably Sujith also out.As said in my earlier mails if u go thru the same the results of the winners hv already been decided viz.nikhil,sidesh,remya for the top three slots and all will go stage by stage and probably antony may get a consoltaion prize as the fourth man.Don\'t worry abt votes which will come a lot even without yrself asking but it is doubtful whether the same will come to your rescue as already the great trio sitting before you hv decided to send you out in this round and sms and other things are sheer ploy to cheat all as the same can be manipulated as happened in asianet case when Rahul was the best choice of the viewrs one Vivek was declared winner citing the reason he got more than a lakh of sms.Really funny.As the manipulation is done at the source itself unless somebody close to the contestant is involved nothing cld be done.So
forget abt this stupid show as of no consequence and you hv simply wasted a year for nothing which cld hv been been spent profitably for studying your subjects and come out meritoriously in yr exam and opt for higher studies and enter into the profession you choose.


From the beginning I hv been insisting that this show is not meant for you and ppl who are pursuing higher learning but for contestants who are less qualified and get enough time for spending to,practice the songs of yester years and present and who want to pursue music as their livelihood and I am sure none will shine in this rat race for becoming playback singer and at best they can give some albums on ayyappa and other devotional songs with others or join some troupe or do stage shows at the mercy of ppl who are conducting the shows with no fixed income.None of the male contestants are qualified persons though one or two are pursuing some music course as they say and just by singing the songs of jesudas,SPB,shankar and others thye can\'t become like them as the same requires hard practice and what they dream is only wishful imagination.At best the winners may get some bonanza for coming to that level tks to the mercy of three for giving marks as they are the fans of them and give high marks even if the songs are average.I hv written abt this anamoly to Jayan and shyama prasad but without success. The three wil get their money whether anybody wins or loses by blabbering something on the stage and when alphons and deepak themselves require grooming it looks odd that they claim they are grooming the contestants.Simply preposterous.So their marks hv no value and need not be considered as genuine but their intention is to promote their own ppl for certain extraneous considerations.

If you see the chart always the contestants who get the last marks are ousted.Take at the end of round 8 both Uma and alfred,at the end of 10th both lakshmy and sinov and at the end of 12th both anju and raish met the fate of ouster.In all these cases they were the last in the mark wise system.Then where is the question of sms comes? As the same is not revealed how can we depend that sms for a particular contestant goes to his or her kitty or to somebody else.Amritatv has become sub standard with Jayan and the other two who are not known even in the film field as great ppl.They bring some audience from somewhere and ask them what marks to give.In the case of some persons who came from Germany to see the shoot they were asked what marks to be given when nikhil was singing with antony.They said something and dutifully marks were given.The audience also contain some school children and colloge boys who hv come to see the shoot and know nothing abt music and Jayan claims that the SS2 is the forerunner of everything.I hv not seen the film \' 3 idiots\' and there is no necessity. So you need not bother even when you are out and there is nothing to worry abt that and thank God to go out of this show so that you can concentrate on your studies well which is necessary for shaping your career and not this stupid show which will take you nowhere.The time you hv spent and the energy and money you hv wasted over this idiotic show cld hv been profitably spent if you hv learnt classical music under a good teacher and spend at least an hour everyday you cld shine in that field along with your career.So you need not spend sleepless nights over this and take everything in its stride.I continue this in another msge as I don\'t know whether I will be able to write more in this comment.
Again I reiterate whatever I said are my assts of the judges of this SS2 and need not be your opinion or that of others though this is addressed to you.

Bhadra,the song \'chanchadi\' sung both by you and anu is a very good song which all can enjoy.The song by Gayatri, I hv heard the same in her site.A nice meodious one.In my opinion both of you hv done justice to the song despite some useless comments of alphonse as they can only enjoy the singing of some other contestants as is known by many viewrs.Definitely you are not the one in their scheme for their own reasons.Anyway they cld hv given both of you at least one more mark but that never happens as they want to push their own contestants up for certain considerations and understandings,it seems.Not a way of good judgments.Of late alphons too fell into this trap and this is all the more condemnable.The show is becoming more and more boring as the final results are more or less known no thrills and anxieties for the viewrs Best wishes.

Bhadra girl, a lovely song you hv selected and rendered very well.Excellent voice and still ringing in my ears.This song in the raga Yamuna Kalyani was a real treat as I always like the songs of Gayatri.Of course as alphons said there is some lyrics problem as the wordings of certain end lines don\'t hv that much clarity and also in the end the Krishna...Krishna...shuld hv been sung in high pitch but as you said you hv some breathing problem it is ok and you hv tried yr level best. Deepak again showed his ignorance when he said the raga as Kalyani and the flow of Gayatri has some hindustani colour.This only shows he does not know both Kalyani and Yamuna kalyani and the difference as he knows some hindi songs his thoughts were like that.In this way he will say if Chitra sings in hindi she has the colour of malayalam creeping in her song.Great.Alphons cld not spell Yamuna Kalyani and he said Emen kalyani
thereby proving that he too has no idea abt ragas though he seems to be better than deepak as at least he is able to sing two lines in the ragas which deepak is failing miserably.
In another instance in an earlier round you sung Sahana.When I think remya sang Ennodu enthinu pinakkam.. deepak said it resembled your song ie.sahana whereas the raga for that song is Dwijavanthi though the difference is only marginal.That puts him again in bad light.So when he cld not decipher any ragas why he tried to make comments on the same is a riddle.Anyway forget abt their comments and carry on as long as you can.

Todays song telecast is one of the best I heard from you in the recent times whatever be the shortcomings.My whole family as usual enjoyed the same.One point I wish to make that after hearing again the Kamaladalam song which I mentioned in another comment that the song
contains 5 ragas starting with hamsadhwani,abhogi,charamathi,panduvarali,and finally madhyamavati.{the one I mentioned abt the singing of Sweta in Munchstar junior}.though initially I guessed bageswari also was there but not.Somehow you hv completed this round though you may be placed as the last contestant ,does not matter as you can make up the same in the next round which will be crucial and so select some very nice songs for all the categories to get you pushed up as I think the shoot for the same will start from saturday or so.Be confident as I don\'t find any sense of nervousness in you and that is a great quality to take the matters as they come and I know that saying you to be confident and courageous and things like that are only superfluous.Still my anguish to see you thru for some more time makes me to comment like that.So be careful abt pronounciation ,pitching and related matters and practice well and above all be careful abt your health and get rid of all problems that are troubling you. A word of thanks to one ash from calicut who suggested sometimes back to you to take the song you sung today.A good selection from him. God be with you always and so no problems.

Bhadra, don\'t know whether you used to see the Munch star singer show in asianet.The wonderful young children how beautifully sing all types of songs is really a treat.I still remember one song from Kamaladalam,the end song of the film \'Soomuharthamai.....a ragamalika song comprising hamsadhwani,bhageswari,madhyamavai etc and ending with a lovely taanam.Only a great composer like Raveendran and singer like Jesudas cld hv done that song so marvellously.The point is the same song was selected by one girl in an earlier episode of Munch star ,I think Sweta is her name and rendered the same with so much command and I am sure none of the contestants of this show or the asianet show cld hv done that better than her.
As the composition of the song and rendering the same is so difficult and can be handled only by ppl of calibre like Jesudas.Such is the dedication and hardwork of that little girl which can not but be applauded.Really amazing singing and handling of the same.If you hear that song you will know the same.The song can be found I think in raaga.com.
What I wish to stress is whereas songs of noise can be handled by anybody with some powerful voice rendering of raga based songs is very difficult unless one has great dedication and practice of the ragas.In this Sweta succeeded wonderfully well and the judges Venugopal and Sujatha cld not make any comment as they too enjoyed the song which actually mesmerised them and gave very good marks.Unfortunately this show does not hv such high quality judges who except Jayan hv got no basis on ragas and carried away by considerations other than judging. What a pathetic situation. As said this round is not good for you improve in the next round.Forget whether you are in or out but concentrate more on classical based songs and for that you must develop a good carnatic base which you don\'t hv much at present it seems.This is not to find fault with you but to encourage you to keep practicing carnatic singing and of course you can try other types of music also but preference always shuld be for carnatic singing.
It is a proven fact that a good carnatic musician can also do playback singing but a playback singer can never conduct concerts and if he or she does the same the same will be a flop.For eg. the queen of carnatic music the late MS cld act and sing in the box office hit film Meera in the late forties of last century and all the songs were superhits mainly Kattinile varum geetham,Janardhana-jagannatha,Giridhara gopala etc which one can enjoy even today.If you get the casette or CD get the same and hear.Don\'t know whether any website is there.To be found out.Then you will know.So too Balamurali, MLV cld sing in films, TNS sung and acted in a tamil film some years back.Don\'t remember the name of the film.It is easy for them to sing in films bcoz of their solid base in the carnatic discipline. Jesudas tried to imitate by singing in some concerts and the efforts are laudable but not appreciable as he cld not do much justice bcoz of his playback singer tag. So work hard on these lines and side by side with your career you can also become a musician like the Bombay sisters in future.This is written , again I stress is to encourage you and not otherwise and if followed only you will feel good as I always wish to encourage talents in this line of music than filmy songs which are ephemeral and can\'t sustain long.As you hv a very nice voice culture you can succeed if the will is there.OK..

Bhadra,the remix song was good.If time permits you go thru the site of rooparevathy.com in which you can see and hear a number of songs she rendered in the earlier version in the music gallery portion.Many of them are very good. esp. the Medley starting in thodi and at the end inserting adana, a lovely one.Just for sheer enjoyment hear and use any of the songs you feel comfortable in the next rounds.Malayalam,hindi,tamil all are there.What antony sung that was telecast today in the raga category Gangai karai.. in thodi too she sung nicely.There is singaravelaney deva in abheri and many others.I don\'t say you hv to sing from those songs but you will certainly get an idea of her rendition esp. abt raga based songs.Hope you will take this in good spirits and go thru them.Best wishes.

Bhadra,what happened to you?Another bad performance.Kapi is a raga which requires considerable practice which evidently you hv not done and hence cld not deliver the same properly.The song is a good one but your rendering was not good.I disagree with deepak\'s suggestion you cld hv selected some malayalam songs in the same raga.A laughable comment which puts him in bad light as he has no idea abt classical music as he is only a novice knowing some hindi and does not hv sufficient background in classical music.What is the guarantee the malayalam song would hv been nice if not properly sung and the songs he said are only of average type.The fact is your rendering was bad and not the song.That is why he is not able to shine in the music world. I hv never heard him sing at least two lines in any song of any language as he does not know how to sing. Why he is interested in malayalam songs only when almost all are singing in tamil songs which hv more hit songs than malayalam.So forget his comments as of no consequence.An evaluator of mediocre ability.
However the fact is that your selection of the raga is not to your capacity and you cld hv selected ragas like Kalyani,Thodi,Hindolam or Shanmugapriya and lot of tamil songs are there on these and the same cld hv been yr comfortable zone.So this round does not augur well for you as your other two songs also cld hv been shot and only telecast is awaiting.As I hv no idea abt the next round category prepare well as you hv to make up the gap in the next round.Never again commit the mistake esp.audience choice ,which I am sure you will hv as one category and select some hit song which you are confident to deliver and while selecting the views of all persons shuld be considered and select a nice one and not one like the one you hv chosen in this round. I know all the four songs cld hv been shot in one or two days and so you cld not hv much time for practice.But you shuld hv known the categories earlier and shuld hv taken good songs.Anyway forget this round which is not good for you and bounce back again in the next round by judicious selection and rendering of the songs.As these ppl evaluating are unpredictable there is no guarantee abt them awarding marks.In the case of sidesh they gave more than 25 and the basis only they know. The fact is they are already the fans of some 3 or 4 contestants and they move accordingly making all the viewrs fools..As said earlier this is only my opinion abt them that can\'t be changed as they too can\'t be changed from their mind set of pushing their own desired contestants up.
Ultimately if I am correct the winner will be nikhil and the second sujith and third may go to some girl contestant probably to remya.Others are only passengers in the caravan.Best wishes.

Bhadra,again u commit the mistake of selecting a very average song and the result low scores.Last time you selected a good song for the audience category which fetched good marks.Just coz somebody suggets some song you shuld not hv attempted and took the risk.There cld hv been many other suggestions from many and you shuld hv taken a good song for this round.But you floundered in this respect.Really bad.Don\'t know what songs you hv selected for other categories.Suparna though she selected only an average song but got good scores as both deepak and alphons hv no idea abt the song and alphons after making lecture on the flaws gave high marks followed dutifully by deepak.As I am fed up with them no more comments on their crazy behaviour in awarding marks which hv no rhythm or reason.Really pathetic judges. Such be the position when you hv ppl to assess are of sub standard quality except Jayan who knows something abt music you shuld be all the more careful in selection and rendering of songs if you want to score good marks.Not guaranteed with the wayward attitude of them but can reasonably hope to get something better.So select good songs and don\'t be carried away by the thought whatever you sing need necessarily fetch good marks.That won\'t be the case with the great trio sitting there to assess.It is only my opinion and need not reflect others opinion..Anyway bad beginning in this round.Good luck for other categories.

Bhadra,Don\'t find words to appreciate your calbre in selecting a nice song in the audience choice category and rendering the same with apt voice modulation,flow,expressions .Simply stupendous.Something like the channels of Bhadra flow into Tunga making the holy river Tunga bhadra.You hv become \'Thanga(golden) bhadra\' now and at the end of these 11th and 12th rounds you get yourself pushed probably to the second or third spot from the 9th spot you were placed at the end of 9th and 10th rounds.Great going.Keep the tempo in the same way in the coming rounds.Best wishes.

Bhadra,this has nothing to do with yr performance.Just abt classical music.You hv posted your favourite singers.It is ok.You hv said in a round that your favourites are T M Krishna,T N Seshagopalan.Hv you heard TNS singing in any concerts? I am a great admirer of him.I was
a regular visitor to Madras for many years esp. during the music festival season which is conducted during the second half of December every year. At that time there were abt 4 or 5 sabhas and I along with my family used to shuttle from one sabha to another for hearing the songs of the great musicians who are no more and only very few are surviving now and they too are very old. It was in Music academy which was the pioneer for all the musicians to seek a chance to sing.There were three sessions one from 3 to 5, then 6 to 9 and again from 9.30 to 11.30. Great singers were allotted the prime time of 6 to 9.Budding singers from 3 p.m session.It was in that session in 1976 I heard TNS singing for the first time.Incidentally that was his debut also in music festival. The audience was huge to hear him as he has established himself as a good artist by that time.A wonderful performance he made that day which I can still remember.His Kalyani raga song \'Pankachalochana..was simply superb.At that session only I came to understand that there is a thing called \'Korvai swaram\' which means the singer used to sing niravals or kalpana swaram non stop for abt 10 mts without giving any chance to the violinist and when TNS finished the same the whole audience gave a standing ovation and he uses the same in all his concerts Very rarely I hv heard such a thing from others.Such a wonderful performer.After that I used to go for all the concerts of him wherever and whenever I get a chance.

The years 1965 to 95 has seen a glorious period in carnatic music with the greats like MS,MLV,TNS, MADURAI MONI,SEMMANGUDI,ARIYAKUDI,MAHARAJAPURAM SANTHANAM,
MANAKKAL RENGARAJAN,BOMBAY SISTERS,BRINDA AND MUKTHA,TCR V RAMACHANDRAN,K V NARAYANASWAMY,GNB,Chembai and the list is quite long.I hv heard all of them singing as the same is my hobby.I hv great attachment to the singing of MS,MLV,TNS,,VR,BALAMURALI,RENGARAJAN who was also an adept and the golden era has gone giving rise to the present day filmy music with sub standard songs and songs that you call \'adipoli\' which simply pears the ear drums and ppl enjoy the same.What a downfall for real carnatic music. Of course there are some budding artists like
Neyveli Sandhanagopalan,T N S Krishna (son of TNS),Perumbavur etc but they hv to go a long way to create much impact. May be in due course when they get more opportunities they can impress. One thing I can appreciate despite the great singers not in the picture the budding artists do create some ripples in an otherwise starved carnatic music world.Hence my interest in some of the contestants in this show to come up in the carnatic music world and I wonder how far they will go.Not in this show anyway as this is a show which is not going to produce any musician of value.This show is something like a xerox copy show with nobody can impress with their own talents and even if they can they won\'t be appreciated. as the same is meant to sing the songs of those who hv already sung the songs and became popular in what you call ganamelas or stage shows.

Hence I cld enjoy the Raga retnam show very much where the young, displayed their talents very much. Why I take so much time to write all these, you may ask reasonably.It is as simple as that. I want you also to become a good carnatic musician first though you can enjoy other forms of music as desired by you.I used to write to Uma also this aspect and don\'t know what she is doing now. and if she puts good efforts she can become a great carnatic musician as she has such a fine voice.In this I can appreciate you also as you hv the voice of such beauty you can easily handle carnatic music if you hv the will.So it is ok you are in the ss show but try to develop yr talent in carnatic music and surely you can even conduct concerts after years of practice as you hv good background in that.OK. I understand Neyveli is going to sing next week in the Siva temple in tripunithura and I wish to attend the same.If possible attend that as you hv said he is one of yr favourites. In the same yard stick take yr studies also seriously. God Bless.

You are most refined singer since the start of the competition in July 2009. I could see the gradual improvement on every stage. You have taken your parents (Achchan & amma) prayers seriously and working very hard. With your carnatic & classical background and keen interest in western music you have become a versatile singer.

Bhadra, may I suggest you a very old tamil song sung by the famous singer Vani Jeyaram. This was my favourite song in the seventies ( when I got married) and My wife sang this song in a family gathering a week after our marriage. Honestly she has not made any error from the beginning to end. She is really a marvellous singer. ( Now both of us are old).

Song : \"Mallikai En Mannan Mayangum ponnana malarallavo\" The film was \" Theerka Sumangali\" acted by my favourite actor Late Muthuraman and K R Vijaya.

Bhadra,sahana is a beautiful raga when sung properly will melt the mind.It is a wonder how you with your classical background as also sidesh just cld not do justice to the raga.More wonder is when both of you cld not perform well how sidesh was given higher marks than you with a gap of 2 marks is a riddle.I know when the duet songs category is there only the boys are given better marks than girls and this has been the trend from the time this category has been inserted from 7th round or so.I am still unable to understand why this category of song is there when already 2 rounds hv this category of duet song why again for a third time?Only the great trio in the words of anand know.Jayan has done great injustice to you,this is what I feel.Of late the ppl assessing the contestants contest among themselves to push this or that contestant without any norms even if the songs are of average type and this is not a welcome sign and portends the show itself becoming one of mockery.Bad performances on the part of the great trio and extraordinary judges,to quote again anand as he used to tell everyday in his usual chorus of welcoming them.Sheer stupidity.
Anyway let the great trio do their job as they like and let the contestants waste theitr time and energy as they hv to..As there is no page to post comments on the judges I am using the pages of the contestants to express my opinion abt the judgments and this need not be taken as your opinion or that of the other contestants.Good Luck in your future rounds.

Bhadra girl, what a royal performance you did in the song telecast today.Something like a grand Onam feast.I am sure you must hv selected this different type of song after consulting yr realtives and friends and on yr own judgment and hv put your heart and soul in the song and delivered with absolute perfection covering all the ingredients that are required for this type of song.It is a great improvement on your part which I hv always been insisting right thru that in selection of song and delivery you shuld be yr own judge in selection though you can consult others but you must be convinced that you can deliver the same with such easiness and fetch good marks.So in this round you hv done a wonderful job in selecting all the three songs well and render the same so beautifully and naturally cld score well.So far your selection of songs were of average type and cld not impress and the same has been pointed out many times and only in this round you hv taken the same in good spirit and took the challenge that you are capable of variety songs with such easiness as your voice is a fabulous one which can fit any type of song of which I hv been insisting a number of times.ok.

Now yr 11th round is over on a very good note take the same interest in selection of songs of different nature and render the same as you hv done in this round and also do the same in the succeeding rounds.Now it is time for you to concentrate more on songs,performances
,avoiding all types of mistakes like pitching etc as the competition seems to be gaining momentum as all are faring nicely and the real hunt has started.Of course at the end of the day the real performer in all aspects will get the crown.So you need not worry that aspect now.At present you confine yourself to keep the tempo in the same manner and if possible in a better way so that you won\'t lose your way enroute to the top.As this competition will last probably till the end of April or so you hv to sacrifce something and can\'t allow yrself to lose half way.So my anxiety to see that you take all the songs seriously and render them as a star performer shuld do.You can do it Bhadra.I am sure of that. As you hv made a comment that you don\'t get time to read the comments but your mom reads all and you get the feedback from her.So I hope this also will reach you.I don\'t say I am a fan of you or for that matter anybody but I wish a girl contestant shuld come as a ss.I had put that hope on you ,Uma,suparna but as Uma is out at the early stages coz of her careless attitude and suparna is doing her level best and though you hv been performing not upto the mark so far but in this round you hv shown that you hv got the capacity to render in a nice way my hope has raised to a great extent and I wish another Roopa to emerge from this ss2 also.as I liked the singing of Roopa thruout her performence in the earlier version and ultimately she got the first place to my great satisfaction. Hence my interest in seeing you also in that slot.Apart from that I hv nothing as I am three times older than you and my daughters are CAs and did MBA in US and well placed and married with children and as they hv studied veena under good masters and continuing the same despite their heavy responsibilties in their career they don\'t get much time for practice and they liked you,uma,suparna like me and used to see the programmes though they are working abroad I hv taken the interest in this show just as a time passing affair as I am fed up with the other show going on in another channel which is absolutely sub standard in all respects. My comments are always relating to the song perfection and not in praising appearances and such things though I used to write comments unpalatable to many but just to bring out the facts even if the judges are wrong I used to comment on them.

Again another long lecture but if you can understand and do justice in your coming rounds I will be happy.Rest depends on yr ability and luck.God Bless.

You are one of the few in this contest who can do that, when you sing the classical songs. You did that well in on the song they broadcast on December 18, 2009. You may not have been perfect. But you have the ability. Please concentrate on the classical music. Leave the tallippoli pattu out. {I call tallippoli pattu (തല്ലിപ്പൊളിപ്പാട്ട്) what others call adipolippaattu (അടിപൊളിപ്പാട്ട്).} It is only possible with classical music. So please concentrate on classical Music.

Bhadra,I am really elated at last you hv shown yr touch in the classical singing with good command.Your song of today starting with raga Kurinchi was an excellent performance and so too the other song \'soukhyama\' I think the raga shuld be Vijayanagini ) I am not sure but I think so was also very nice though some problems were there in that and in both you hv got good marks and this shows that you are taking the round seriously and I can see a silverlining in your performances.Of course you might hv done well in your remaining song also.This is what is I expect from you.So as I said in an earlier comment if you hv taken the matter seriously you can render well.Happy also to note your cousin is also making a good beginning in singing.Well done.Keep up the tempo bhadra and get your self more involved and try to avoid the usual mistakes that are being pointed out.

I wonder when Jayan makes a comment that yr song shuld be like that of Chitra.Simply ridiculous.Chitra has come to this level after years of experience and taking music as her livelihood and working on that day and night and how can he compare others songs with chitras.Really funny comment.Perhaps he might hv meant that you also shuld try yr level best to bring the nuanaces of chitras songs when you select her songs and study the same by hearing those songs several times and try to get the same into yr groove.If that be the case then he is right.Only thing is you need not simply copy what chitra has sung for which chitra is already there but take a leaf out of the way she has sung and infuse the same in yr voice and then you can hv yr own style and at the same time not being away from those sung by chitra or anybody as always there will be a tendency to compare one\'song with that of the original.That suggestion though not given by Jayan ,you shuld do that in such a way and put your own stamp on that.All said both selected songs were excellent and you hv done maximum justice and I am happy on that.Wishing you to continue the tempo without any dilution and when one has started scoring well always he or she must try to get more score.

Bhadra,happy to note that you hv jumped the hurdle of elimination as the same was on expected linesBut you must remember that yr position markwise hv not shown any improvement and you are not able to make any impact when you stood 6th in the prev rounds and now it came down to 9th.So you shuld concentrate more on selection of songs and really practice well and never sing just for the sake of singing if at all you wish to go to the higher level. I really wonder with your graceful voice still you are not able to create any impact and got more marks.You must ponder over where you can improve yr performance in the ensuing rounds.It seems from the the present trend only nikhil,sidesh,remya and probably anu too can reach the top four level unless some damage controlling efforts are taken by the rest of the contestants to stem this tide.You are capable of springing surprises if you get yrself involved more as I know yr capabilities but you don\'t care to take the same seriously.After coming upto this stage now you hv to take this as a challenge and prove yr mettle for yr good. sms and all such things are only secondary of which nobody has any clue so far as only marks can be seen and other things are kept as a secret which only ppl like satheesh, and the three ppl sitting there to judge and those who are interested in the matter may know. as the same is never revealed.
In that case all left to the ppl judging to take or kick out somebody in this elimination tamasha.

However in the 9th and 10th round the results came as expected based on the marks as sinov was the last and above him lekshmy markwise and both were eliminated.So sms had nothing to in this ,it seems.Anyway I don\'t want to comment more on this.My interest is only to see you for few more rounds and for that naturally I expect better performance on yr part and getting more marks and never confine the same to the present level.Wishing you all the best for a perfect performance oriented rounds 11th and 12th.As much advise has been given many times again I don\'t want to comment the same repeatedly and the rest is left to you.Best wishes.

I watch most of your performances, I really like them, it\'s really a different sound. Concerning todays\'s song (Malar Kodi pole..) , it\'s a nice song however it would\'ve much better if it was in the original version. I felt the speed was also bit more and the BGM wasn\'t loud enough and I feel that also has affected a bit,,, by the way it\'s only my opinion don\'t take it seriously and you sung it very well. Nevertheless you are blessed with talent and you are really working had to polish it out. My sincere wish you to reach a better a height in future. God Bless you

Bhadra,todays telecast song was a good one I hv heard from you from the recent performances.I am not happy with the way the marks were given and I don\'t expect them also to give more as they hv different ppl in their minds and so it is too much to expect they will change their mental set up.Your mother sang well in raga Thodi though two lines that showed her potentialities as a good singer.When you hv got such a good carnatician as your mother you can easily be guided in that path,no doubt but you must hv the patience to study songs.Select nice songs in the coming rounds and be careful abt yr sruthy and pitching to see that they never go awry.All the best.

Several tims you hv been warned that you must select nice songs but still you are way out of the tangent and inf this trend continues you may be out after 3 or4 rounds as there is nothing novel in your singing.So better concentrate on your studies as otherwise you will lose both.Why waste your precious time on this as this is meant only for ppl with lesser qualifications and get plenty of free time to practice and study songs in the fond hope of getting some apartment or something like that or imagining to be a playback singer which can\'t happen and perhaps with the help of somebody may sing some songs in some good for nothing films or partake in group shows or ganamelas as the market is highly flooded with both experienced and inexperienced singers and more and more on the anvil.When such is the position don\'t waste yr time only on this it isalmost sure you will never reach the top rounds and don\'t bother abt the same and just hang on till the elimination comes and study yr course well and try to get RANK in that and in yr spare time as a hobby just sing as you hv been selected.Apart from that this show is not going to serve you except serving the three ppl to judge and the channel,sponsors,cell operators .That is the fate of not only this channel but by all channels.
As all the singers like chitra,sujatha,venugopal,unnikrishnan and others are finding the going tough as more new faces hv come in tamil,malayalam and directors are finding difficult to get films except perhaps Jayan who has some both alphiones and deepak esp.deepak ghas no films and no programmes and has to depend onloy on the amritatv ss2 as the lifeline as he knows nothing except some keyboard operation and can\'t expect to get any chances in films as no producers will ventuer to take him and I hv never seen him singing at leat two lines on any song whether in hindi,malayalam or tamil as he can\'t as his voiceis such. and it is really funny he is sitting on a panel to judge the singers.Thanks to the kindness of Jayan he is there or else he won\'t get a chance anywhere.This is purely my thinking and not to wound his feelings or anybodys but the fact is a fact as i don\'t hv anything against him and I am not going to get anything by attacking him or not interested in whatever marks he gives to anybody.That is his business.Commenting on the same is my right.So forget all those things.Study well and try to create an impact on yr studies and developing a nice career and that shuld be yr goal.This I hv been stressing all the times.All my wishes.

Bhadra,strange are the ways of this tv programmers.Perhaps fearing that negative comments will adversely affect the channel they hv chosen I think to block all the past comments.Wil that make the show a great one.I wonder this negative approach on the part of the channel.No guts.
Todays performance is on expected lines.At this rate only Nikhil,sidesh and remya will score above 125 marks taking both rounds together and all others wil hover between 115 and 122.So bad indeed.Day by day this show is becoming one of boring type and that may be the resaon that all comments hv been removed from all the contestants ,I don\'t know abt others but for me I am not able to view any of the previous comments.Really shameful on the part of the channel.

Bhadra,your msge is quite forthright.You hv said you are not a playback singer and no experience and singing for the first time etc.Most of the contestants are in the same position.A playback singer won\'t be taken for these shows as also experience is something which comes out of learning over years in any discipline.So such qns do not arise.Becoming a SS is something that may be decided due to various factors,power play etc and nobody can guess at this stage who will be the ultimate winner and so that need not disturb you as many of the present day musicians hv come out of their hard work only over years and not thru reality shows, and this factor you may know well. Actually these reality shows hv not become matured and still in its infant stage due to its age factor which may not be more than 3 or 4 years.So it may take years for the same to be moulded into a proper groove and so your inexperience need not bother you and you also need not care abt whether you corner the top slot or not at this point of time but what is expected from you is more involvement in your song selection and rendering which is good over the recent performances and the judges hv got their own preferences esp. in awarding marks as they only know the criteria and I don\'t agree with them always except some judgments and that need not afffect you also and you do your level best as you hv already established well in this line as good singer of excellence the only thing remains for you is to mould the same in good way so as to create some great impact.At the same time never forget your studies as that is the most imp. thing
and this show I always I say is not going to shape your career and never aspire to be a playback singer or somebody who wish to join some group and do ganamelas which are not your field as you hv great scope in yr career and this music is only for hobby and enjoy the same and deliver yr songs with confidence without expecting results and the confidence inculcated songs will surely push you up in the ladder and make you a great singer drawing accolades from all.I hv no doubt abt that. Bhadra,you hv started the 9th round with a bang and has done good justice to the song selected by your parents.Marks awarded is also reasonable but this is not suffice and you shuld get for each song an average of above 22 or 23 to climb up the ladder though more rounds are there nothing shuld be left for chance as you can expect great backlash from the boys also.So you must be on alert always in selection,practice,rendering the songs.Of course yr studies and exams may intervene but you hv to find time to adjust for both as you are only young and can find times even if the same involves good strain.As you hv come to this stage in this show there shuld be no going back and no dilution of the trend which you are maintaining now and move with the same spirit with vim and vigour,pep and punch as if you can dominate the stage and viewrs.This does not mean you hv to be over confident but mentally getting yourself strong to achieve the goal.The will to corner the top slot though that may or may not be possible but the thought shuld be in yr mind.I hv seen a confident,dynamic,vibrant bhadra in todays performance and am really happy to note that you are on the right track.The one I hv seen in earlier rounds till 7th was of an average girl but from round 8th you hv picked up fast the loose threads and knitted them well.All the wishes for future songs though the other two must hv already been shot,I think but I can see the same only when the same is telecast.Hope u must hv performed well those songs also and preparing for the 10th round.If the shoot for this round is not yet over select songs which can get you great marks.God bless.

Bhadra,as posted by me in an earlier mail you hv jumped the hurdles to move to the 9th round and am happy abt the same.Your face itself showed great confidence at the time of selection when the telecast was made today for elimination and I appreciate the same.For a good singer confidence is the key.However I desire more nice performances in the coming rounds as you are well aware the real contest starts only from the next round.I am confident that you will select nice songs unlike your earlier rounds where only you cld deliver some 3 or 4 songs that can be appreciated.That is not suffice.You must get high marks in every song of every category and for that you must select nice songs as I hv already said that you be the judge of your song though the same may be selected by your trusted friends.For that you hv to browse thru various songs of malayalam,tamil,hindi and select songs suitabe for your voice and practice them well and if you go thru the process which I hv posted in Anus page earlier those tips may help you.Of course that is left to your choice and you can decide the song in your own way and I hv only made my suggestion.That is all.

As expected poor Uma lost her chance by overconfidenece depsite my warnings from the beginning of round 8th and selected songs which hv nothing to praise except her dress and all such things which are not expected from a singer and so paid the price for being over confident.As said earlier she is still athe youngest contestant in this show and has background only in carnatic music which is necessary but cld not deliver variety songs which others tried and succeeded to a good extent.She just overlooked all such things and had to bow out.As said in my earlier mail now I hope only you,suparna,anu to reach the top slots in the coming rounds which is my wish and don\'t know how the same is going to be fulfilled.

I also stress your importance shuld always be given for your STUDIES which is more real than these shows which hv nothing to do in real life and just by singing the songs of somebody who who has already sung the same and copying the same won\'t make anybody a good singer.But unfortuntaley the singing contset of this or that channel lay importance to the singing aspect of that only of this music director or that one.So as is said in Rome you shuld be like Roman and hence you don\'t hv much choice other than copying the same and so naturally mistakes can creep and even the judges can\'t be an exception.So as long as this show continues you hv to follow this and try to do your best.But importance shuld always be given for yr studies and this just as a hobby s as to prove yr mettle in a platform which is viewd by millions and that is a great thing.Apart from that nothing is going to happen and you can never become and don\'t aspire to become a playback singer.That is not your field.If interested try to learn more of carnatic music and that will pave the way for a good singer and u can conduct concerts.There lies the real singer and not in films which is ephemeral
and there is so much competition that will carry you nowhere.So wishing you all the best in the coming rounds as well as your studies which shuld be yr hope for a better career.God bless.

Bhadra,though remya has overtaken u by 0.2 to the 5th place pushing you down to 6th spot it makes no difference as you are capable of delivering songs in your own inimitable style and as no qn of elimination in the future is there you can concentrate on your next 2 rounds songs and select songs judiciously and with your background and powerful voice you can achieve great heightsand can be a good contender for the top slot.The gap if any between you and the top boys can easily be covered during the coming rounds,I am sure of that.You are really talented and capable of selecting songs and delivering nicely.My previous comments if you go thru will help you surely.I am not interested in commenting on the beauty of girls but their singing capacity and I am not a fan of anybody but hv the desire that girls also shuld rise up to the challenge of the boys and prove their mettle and calbre.So my comments always hv the catholicity and stem from good intentions.I encourage both your studies which is a must and your art form in music which if practiced well will be an enchanting one.Hence my wish that you,suparna,anu,uma to perform well.I don\'t know you and you me but as I am a lover of music I prefer girls also to shine in an otherwise male dominated show to inculcate some sort of justice which I hv not found so far.Hence my interest in 2 or 3 of you to occupy higher rounds to hv a good competition in the show as after all nobody has been selected in this show just for fun and making the viewrs fools.As I am not happy with the other contest in asianet I liked this show very much as the same creates some good ambience for relaxation and the contestants are vieing with each other to exhibit their calibre though all hv to go a long way in perfection.That will come as the rounds progress.I hope Uma will also sail thru due to mercy votes to the next round though she still has to go a long way to catch up with others in the coming rounds.She seems to be a novice and carried away by things which are not connected with music.That is really pathetic.A singer must prove his or her capacity by scoring high marks and not depending on sms only.That is a foolish trend and does not deserve accolades.

Bhadra,as said and expected that this round like the 7th round will go in boys favours only and probably sidesh will top the spot in this round also like the 7th round closely followed by sujith .You may perhaps be placed in the 5th or 6th spot from the trend.The gap taking all the rounds together is very huge and it will be well nigh impossible to fill unless in future rounds you score high marks than the boys and they get lesser and this can be done only thru selection of very fine songs which can impress.A herculean task but not impossible to achieve if you hv the will to achieve.So as it will stand at the end of 8th round,it seems only you will hv good place than all the other girl contestants and they will be eliminated rounds after rounds.Still only sidesh and sujith will be toppers I assume if they sing in this way by selecting very lovely songs and the wonder is why the girls are not able to select nice songs and sing with more dedication ,involvement and practice.They just select some rubbish songs which can\'t be appreciated well.There lies the difference of the boys in the top 3 who select nice songs and render them well and they are able to deliver all varieties of songs and there lies the secret and unfortunately the girls are miserable in that field.So in girls side only you can come to higher level if you are cautious abt the selection of songs unlike your earlier rounds and so judge the songs very carefully,practice well and render them nicely so that it may be possible to move up as the boys need not deliver with such force in the future rounds and they can fumble and falter and the girls can pick up.As it stands today only you and one or two of thers can fill the slot.So all wishes for your future selection of songs and rendering in a nice way.Best of Luck.

Bhadra,after seeing the replay of your performance late in the night still I feel there was very good scope for your improved performance which unfortunately u cld not deliver due to some sort of shyness or some other thing whereas sidesh sang very freely and was able to impress well.Why such an attitude bhadra, at this 8th stage?You must imagine that you can just beat anybody and take up the challenge with a will to achieve your goal.Just coming ,singing without any will won\'t help and others will easily steal the thunder.Don\'t still know what ails you despite lot of encouragement from all.You must take this also as an exam in which you put hard work to come up.If a person wants to achieve first rank in the exam he or she has to put great efforts and a love for the subject and you shuld treat this also like that and must put a stamp on the performance.This has been repeatedly advised by me and others several times but still no improvement.May be lack of interest or somehow wants to clear out of the show by performing something and carry on for few more rounds and bid good bye.Is it what you feel in yr mind?Then nobody can help.At the end of the day only yr performance can bring laurels for you and others can only encourage you as you are going to be the winner or loser and others won\'t be affected.Don\'t know what else to say?Unless you believe in yourself you can\'t achieve in anything whether this contest or in any other thing incl. your exams.If you deeply analyse this aspect it is well and good.I don\'t expect you to become the ss as it is not going to happen,I know,but you must use this as a platform for many other events not necessarily ganamelas or stage shows but many other venues where you can show your calbre.Not a big deal.Only some involvement and interest shuld be shown and take the thing more seriously instead of what marks I get is ok.Such an attitude is bad.Normally I used to comment on the judges of their partiality but in todays performances of all I can\'t do them injustice as they hv assessed each contestant in a correct way and on expected lines.So I don\'t hv anything to say against the judgment and the contestant who did well got good marks.Now it is upto you as you must hv known that the gap between you and the top three ppl is going on increasing and don\'t hv any idea how you are going to bring down the gap considerably in the songs which you will sing in future.
Actually I make this comment with some sort of disappointment as I expected you would show better performance from this round at least and the fact proved otherwise. I actually expected you and some other contestants to take the cudgel to show that you ppl too can prove your merit but the same never happened in your case today.So hv to wait for the other two songs in this round and the performance of other two or three contestants.Best of Luck.

Bhadra,another not so good performance from you.Lack of confidence,some sort of tension reflect in yr face and also absence of proper pronounciation all made yr performance an average one though you hv got some ok marks,it is a long way to go and unless you improve your marks considerably well it is very difficult for you to reach higher levels.Don\'t know how you hv fared or faring in the other two songs.On the other side sidesh exhibited great confidence,performed well and good diction all made his one better than you and with each song he gains more n more confidence and deliver the songs very nicely.I think even in this round he will be the top scorer if he continues with the present trend putting almost all way behind his scores.It is coz of his dedication,hard work and capable of changing his voice according the requirement of the song he sings Now a days he shines any type of song with equal flavour.So the better player wins.Wishing you best in the other two songs though I don\'t expect any miracle.

Bhadra,hope you are preparing well for the 8th round.Still I maintain that this contset will favour only boys and three of them hv already been shortlisted by the great judges this decade has seen in reality shows,sidesh,sujith and nikhil and one of them will reach the top followed by others and all the girls will be eliminated by the time when this funny show ends after some rounds and it is really laughable the clowns Jayan and Deepak enjoy themselves with their unsavoury wits and good for nothing comments make the game worse than that of asianet.Since the audience present in the shoot are only girls and boys and some family members or friends of the contestants and I am sure that may not exceed 50 the jokers just to impress those present make all sorts of their talents that they can be good comedians if selected in films which unfortunately nobody will dare to take them as they can simply mnake the films out of the box office.I wonder why the keypersons running the show don\'t advise these two buffoons to behave properly and remind them of their responsibility instead of acting in a funny way.One side we hv the mountain like Jayan and another side the dwarf Deepak, strange combination and in the midst poor Alphons keeps his cool and carry on with his responsibility and surely he deserves accolades from all the viewrs.Despite several warnings these two are not changing and can\'t be changed.In the circumstances as the outcome is more or less decided what is the point for others to fight a losing competition tamasha called SS2?Only the future rounds will prove that my perception is right and the same need wait till the end and we will know the result by the 10th round.So instead of fighting for nothing it is good that the show is wound up or the contestants opt to go out as the results are already known.Anyway that need not discourage your determination to come up in the coming rounds and poerform well irrespective of the scores and after 10th round it can be anybodys guess whether this show will provide level playing ground for the girls with these two at the helm..Instead of the ppl present applauding on own will the clowns ask them to give claps for anything and everything and I wonder what brains they hv got and make evrything a mockery.Anyway all the best in future rounds till the completion of the 10th rounds as by that time all will be fed up with this tamasha.

Bhadra,when you get some bad comments don\'t get upset or angry as the same is written by the fans not to depress and wound you but to see a real Bhadra rising up.You must hv seen that all the girls hv got good marks in this round except perhaps Uma,don\'t know what happened to her.But you must understand still you hv to go a long way as most of the girl contestants hv got above 60 which is good and thereby neutralising the domination of boys so far.I hv been making comments after comments abt the partiality of the judges to project
certain boys to the top slot and this trend has been continuing from the very beginning and hence I hv to make harsh comments knowing well that the same can\'t be discarded by them and I hv sent mails to Jayan and if necessary to Shyama Prasad abt the way the judges behave and if nothing fructify I know which avenues to be explored to make them ok.It is ok for them to be the fans of three or four boys but always giving those boys high marks to the detriment of girls and asking the viewrs to give sms is against all financial norms as the viewrs are going to lose the money and not the judges knowing fully well that sms won\'t help the girls as there can always be big gap between marks of girls and boys and the end result will be they can make the boy of their intent the super star.In that case why they run this show and even in the very first 5 or six rounds they can wind up the show.If they want to promote the boys they can do in their own way by giving them chances if they act as musician in any films which they won\'t I am sure as the same will bring more disrepute to them but can be used in any stage shows.No complaints.But acting as judges of a very nice channel like the Amritatv which has produced novel programmes and earned high reputation by bagging many prizes in a short period bringing the same to disrepute becoz of this show is simply not acceptable.They get their fat purses by acting as judges but the losers are the viewrs by sending sms in a losing battle as the top man has already been selected by them,it seems.So just to neutralise that effect somebody has to bring their attention of the gross injustice they are doing to the girls and that is the only resaon I hv to take the cudgel to make them see the reason and not out of any
ill will against them.In another channel the same thing is going on but as I don\'t see that I hv nothing to say as there also all types of hanky panky is going on.Really pathetic.

So Bhadra,you hv all the potentials,nice personality and a good background and a good voice which is different from the usual voices of girls and the same can be modulated by selecting very nice touchy songs and I won\'t say the same shuld be an \'adipoli\' song but musically enjoyable.Chitra or sujatha and the like hv not made \'adipoli songs but many of their songs are very much enjoyable.So for getting marks there is no necessity that the song shuld be only fast number but also can be melodious but care must be given to pronounciation,I think which is not so nice in your songs,concentration and changing the voice to low tone or high depending on the circumstances in short perfection that is the key can certainly bring good marks and I don\'t think the judges will repeat the old mistake of not giving high marks to girls as a policy will adopt the same in future rounds.So bhadra, rise like a sphinx and perform great show not to become a stage artist but to prove your mettle and the capacity that you too can be recognised as a Great Singer.Best wishes.

hiiiiiii bhadra yesterdays performances was ok we r waiting 4 ur another smart performances and i think u cannnnnnnnnnnn.so work hard dearrrr with lots of prayer

Bhadra,todays song that was telecast is a good one and you hv done some justice despite your tensions of the exams and getting above 20 marks is ok.Now all the three songs are over in this round gear yourself up to ignite the stage with more vibrating songs,don\';t what is going to be your next round I mean the subjects but you hv a very good voice for singing in a great tone and cleverly use the same.The problem is you are not able to sing in a low voice without problems and that might hv been the reason for your duet song not getting well and also the poor selection of song for another round.Anyway in both you hv crossed 19 and in the third one 20 and that is ok at this level.But you must see the boys are still dominating the top 4 or 5 places and if the same trend continues in the further rounds all the girls will be in trouble.Already Uma is in trouble.So you hv to show your mettle and change the mindset of the judges that the girls also can hv their potential to sing well.As said these judges are carried away only by \'adipoli\' songs of the boys and give marks without any norms and so the boys dominate.I hv brought the attention of Jayachandran reg. this anamoly and do hope from the 8th round onwards they will shed their inhibitions and make the show a level playing ground for girls also.Dont know whether they will change their attitude as a crow can always be a crow and can\'t become a lark.In this respect nobody can do anything and the onus is on the girl contestants to take up the challenge and some of the girls can perform well and neutralise the effects the boys singing in high voltage show.The judges too forget that they are judges and act like ppl not worthy of salt.Poor Amritatv whose name itself they spoil and just an antithesis of the judges of other great programmes we hv seen in the channel.Of course compared to another show that is going on in another channel,where the contestants are like a goods train almost 50 in number initially and it will be a miracle if the show cld be finished even after 20 months.But that is to make money from the poor viewrs and it is a fact those who hv seen SS2 won\'t see the other channel and to that extent I must applaud the judges who make the programme lively with their humour and wits though sometimes it looks odd.My complaint is to allow the girls to play on a ground like boys whom they invariably support.Only exception is perhaps Alphons, a suave,subdued person and I like him very much for his nobility and knowledge.Other two are so and so judges.Anyway forget that factor.
So you hv got 59 marks in the 7th round out of 90 and that is reasonable taking to the position you were placed in when the shoot was taken.The shoot for next round will come only this week,I think.So select nice songs,practice well,control voice modulation and try to impress and you can do Bhadra,I am sure.With the present trend there is no problem for you abt elimination and you will continue for future rounds.But that is not suffice as you will be thrown out in the top rounds by the boys.There comes your real dominant power.You are one of the contestants I bank on to turn the tables and wishing you all the best.

I like ur song as well as looks... bUt these are not enough for a a good performer...See u not not performing b4 a limited no of audience which u see in the place where the shoot take place..u are performing b4 lakhs of views..Just as a small tip or suggestion..U might be a pavam kind of gal.. but ur attitude can be improved.becos now from the way u present urself in the stage after u performs gives audience an image that u r a gal lil jada.. n all. y shld u give that kind of a an image.. u cud have a lil smile. rather thanin the way which smile now and giving us the impression that... \"OHHH judges enthu venamenkilum para i Dont care\"see iam criticising u i am just asking u to change. becos i like u as a performer...n an artist..To get the ability to sing is something great...So plzz have a lil smile on ur face... n perform well.. i wish to see u till da end of the show..dont reduce ur votes just becos of ur attitude...people counts all those things a lot...they are expecting a complete package from u guys...song performance n attitude..

Bhadra,It is good you hv made a comment on this and that shows you are reading the comments.That is a good sign that you move with your supporters.Congrats for that. Todays performance is also of ok type and unfortunately you hv selected the duet song instead of going for some solo song to suit your voice.You v a different voice culture than others that is all the more enjoyable provided you select nice songs.Anyway what marks awarded is on expected lines and the next song also would not much marks as you yourself has said.But hv you seen the graph f your position.You are coming down after each down whereas Nikhil seems to be the leading man so far oof all the rounds taken together.How the same happened.Bcoz he puts good work and saelect nice songs and able to influence the panel.I don\'t know how many more rounds will hv.But the trend is surely in favour of the boys and only they will bag the top slots from the way they get marks in each round and left the girls in the lurch ,may be due to apathy to select nice songs, practice the same in sound ways and the judges also hv a mindset to give more marks to the boys than girls though such is not a welcome trend as I hv pointed many times but nothing changes despite my vituperative attacks on them.Then what is the use of again and again repoeating theior calibre to assess ppl.They won\'t change.So you better ignore this show marks.Surely none of the girls is going to reach the top if the trend goes this way as they more flak from the three musketeers than boys.Really a sad plight for girls.
Reg.SMS and other things all hv their own fans and they will give no doubt but will that help in anyway the girls when they are way down than few boys who are on the top 4 or 5 places.To be seen what is going to be in the future rounds.It is a good thing you hv explained the circumstances under which you had to sing in this round and that is acceptable as passing the exams is more important than this petty show allowing it to go in anyway.
Hope you must hv gone thru my comments also though long always but I give stress to improve your spirits and as a morale booster so that you won\'t hv any inhibitions in future rounds and unless you score high marks in the coming rounds beating certain boys it is well nigh impossible for you to reach the last rounds.If you go thru the marks awarded you can know this.We hv no idea of sms factor and how much each has got.Why they keep this as a secret when the same also shuld be known to the fans of each contestant.Why the sponsors are afraid to reveal that out in both SS and ISS and that means there can be manipulations and if a person got low marks he can pushed up by saying that he has got more sms by some strange ways.Will that be true?Or sms is reserved just to promote somebody who is close to the judgesd or sponsors?Only God knows.You contestants shuld ask for those details and everybody has the right to know how many sms each contestant has got.Why they hide this factor when the marks are openly given?

without any practice i sung all my 3 songs in this round....bcoz u know hw much pressure will b there 4 an engineering student during the exam period......i had exams before and after my shooting schedule.i am happy that i was able to perform (average) in this round in btw all these..even if i have exams during my next schedule i will take it as a challenge to perform well in the next round..many r saying that i have some attitude problems...i am not talkative..i am a little serious type.but i will try to overcome it...so pray 4 me and support me.........

Bhadra,your performance in the duet song is of ok type.Even after 6 rounds you still seem to be learning things and not confident though you hv a good voice but in the duet song round you shuld hv controlled your voice in a better way and it shuld be like a lullaby and Nikhil has done well in gliding the song nicely with low tone whereas your full throated voice made the song look artificial.In this you hv done not much justice to the song.Though you both hv not played drama performance and sang like real singers you shuld hv made some touch of your performance also as you seem to be singing as a solo performer without any expression and even seeing the fellow contestant.It seems you are not bothered abt your ratings as you still stand where you stood at the end of 6th round and this way if you don\'t improve by selecting more nice songs and get yourself involved more and more I don\'t think you wil reach higher levels as the gap is always increasing and can\'t be filled by votes as all will get votes.So you must try to get maximum marks.Hope you will take some lively interest in the show as I don\'t find any fault in the judges assts in this round unlike earlier rounds and that is a good trend and you must utilise the same.As sruthy has pointed out the trend seems that the top slots will be cornered by boys at the end of all rounds leaving 4th and 5th spots to girls.You are at present showing some sign of improvement but you hv to go a long way to overcome the deficiency which has been created by you only by not concentrating on the song how it was sung by the original singer and move away.Anyway try your level; best to give good songs in the further rounds.Probably your other two songs also shuld hv been shot and don\'t know how you hv fared.So be cautious abt the future rounds or else you know what will happen.Of course losing or winning the battle in this show is not a great thing to be worried over as the show seems to be one for men and the judges also favour them only and hence there is nothing to worry but you can go out by creating an impact that you hv done justice to your songs which so far I don\'t think you hv done except 2 or 3 songs and that is really a matter for concern.Even in defeat others must applaud and feel sorry for not able to see you in further rounds and there lies the real calibre of the singer.So far only Lekshmi has been able to impress all in the female section as she seems to be more dedicated despite her handicap and though you hv good voice and talent you just allow the same to be frittered away coz of negligence and lack of interest in the show.At least you must prove you can deliver nice songs and can create impression in others minds.Unfortunately though you can do you seem to be not interested and sing only out of compulsions.Not a healthy sign for a budding artist though you may not give ganamelas and other stage shows at least you must enjoy the music as a hobby as not all will get such opportunities and getting prize etc is immaterial as one who sings really well get the prize.So never keep that in mind but you must hv the satisfaction that you entered into some show and proved your mettle till the last.
Hope you will notice the comments and rectify your mistakes and take more interest in future rounds .You must also remember these comments are made not out of any adulation and whoever comes first is not my concern but as one who is interested in your way of singing ,not only you but another 2 or 3 contestants the liberty is taken to point out your flaws just to boost your spirits and I know this will be a thankless job and still only thru infusing confidence and spirit a singer can be made and in this way only all the great singers hv come.If there are no lovers of music of the great singers they cld not hv become great artists and it is only the audience who make them what they are today.So take that in good spirit and deliver songs to the best of your ability by putting more and more energy and you may not be disappointed later.That is the only reason again and again I stress this factor.Then it is left to your wisdom whether to move up in the rounds or bow out.All wishes.

we were watching ur performance regularly, but i dont think u r great bcz you r trying to go back from people and please go through ur score board and look. i think u r very good looking but ur performance is not upto other contestants or more . sometimes i wondered that the marks u got. gudges just giving u more marks . as a music lover me too can easily find out ur mistakes . sometimes u got the marks more than u deserve. u can be proud that u r very good looking . ok try to be the best, good luck!!!!!!

Bhadra,happy that you hv crossed the borders and moving to the next rounds though I knew this earlier as you were placed in the 6th spot and so I never worried abt your moving up in the ladder.But the future rounds will be harsh ones and don\'t depend on the panel but prove yourself as a great singer as this panel is carried away by high voltage songs which the boys hv proved they can deliver and if you see the marks awarded in the 5th and 6th rounds you cld find that the top slots are held by boys who cld deliver hit songs.So such be the mindset of the so called judges nothing much can be expected from them in future rounds also.So be cautious in selecting yr songs and wishing you all the best in yr future rounds.

Bhadra,at the end of round 6 taking both 5th and 6th round together you stand at spot 6.Not bad and you can show your mettle in future rounds with more judicious selection of songs and with hard practice you can come at a higher level.I hv made a posting abt the strange attitude of the judges in Anus page and if you find time go thru the same and you will get some idea of the capability and capacity of the people before whom you are performing.Don\'t know whether things will change from round 7 for better and you can only hope fior the good as I hv lost confidenec in the judgment of the people apprising the talents of the contestants.As I don\'t know any of the judges personally or having any animocity with them I just said what I felt in my opinion not to change them but to drag their attention of my thoughts.May be the views of many will vary as everybody has the right to speak of their opinion on a show just like praising or deriding an actor or any other professional according to their thinking and that need not be taken as a serious offence but lessons must be learned and for this this show will certainly provide enough room for learning the attitude of apprisers ,their calbre and what really is a reality show.Hope Amritatv which has given wonderful programmes will come out unscathed at the end of this show.Anyways gear up yourself to face the future rounds with more confidence and dynamism .All the best Bhadra.

Bhadra,you hv a very nice voice and graceful moments when you perform but unfortunately you hv made the wrong selection of song in the judges round and in this you can take a leaf from Antony who has selected a good song and sang well and the marks awarded he deserves.Why you faltered on this.Anyway past is past.From next round onwards try to choose nice lovely songs and practice well and never give the imporession that you hv opted out of the competition as you don\'t hv any problem with your throat unlike Uma who has sang reasonably well and the confidence she showed carry much weight.You find always that you are in a shell despite several advises but never bothered abt them.Hope you will come back with more energy level display and selection of songs in which you hv failed miserably thruout except 3 or 4 songs so far.Try Bhadra you can do it.All the wishes and never lose hope and show as if depressed as you hv the potentialities to come in the top 5 contsetants I am confident.All wishes.

Bhadra,the performance telecast today of judges round was on expected lines and you really cld not glide along with the song though the same is an ordinary one and does not require much skill to handle.Of course your choice of this from the film music composed by Jayan is definitely an attempt to move from the normal songs as usually sung by all.For that you deserve congrats.But knowing that this song can\'t impress anybody it is really a wonder why u opt to choose this despite several warnings.So it seems you are not viewing the comments of all and just take something and without good practice try to sing and that is the problem.I am really sorry for your wayward attitude despite trying to boost your confidence.You must hvheard the saying that \' one can take a horse to a river but twenty can\'t make him to drink water\'.So all the advises for your good you simply brush aside.If that be your mindset I hv no more to say on the matter.As said your graph is coming down with each round and in this way I am sure you will make your fans feel sorry for you.Anyways the choice is yours.You hv sung the song absolutely without proper preparation and don\'t know who advised you to select the song which can\'t impress anybody.Even the films name I am hearing for the first time and that means the same must hv been released and packed off within a few days.Why you preferred to select that song is still a mystery.There are so many songs done by Jayan though not hits but at least hearable.Even Jayan cld not appreciate the same and gave only less than 6 marks and with the help of other two somehow you managed to get 19 which is actually below the expectations.Don\'t know what ails your mind.I feel there is no interest for you in music though you might hv tried your level best but this one is the below standard song I heard from you.Hope from next round onwards you will take more interest in the song selection and will try to give more nice songs without problems.What else can I say?.Don\'t know whether you are seeing the comments at all.Wishes.

Bhadra,I think your second song in this round will be telecast on tuesday.Whatever be the marks awarded which I don\'t know but you must hv known and the ppl at the time of shoot.Even if you don\'t get expected marks never give your hope and get dejected.Be confident as you hv many rounds remaining and this extravaganza will go on for another 9 months till the finals come to the relief.So be prepared to face the future rounds by conserving all your energy and sing nicely without problems and concentrate on sruthy,pitch and all such things and above always be confident and be smiling and try interact with the audience etc and never show that you are a dejected person.Artificial smile is suffice even if you can\'t really smile.Just take this as a a tamasha and an exhibition to show your talents and never bother abt who will be the SS as that time wqill take care of.But do justice to the song,by selecting not the songs which hv already been sung many others but new ones for which there is no dearth and try to show your mettle and I am sure you will go thru all the rounds and when the final rounds come let us see who is the best.Till that time never give yourself to sadness for comments as the same will always be there and the judges comments need not be taken too seriously asa different judges may say different things and theirs is not he finals say.Of course you hv no other choice but to accept the same even if they give good or bad marks whether they apply their mind properly or not.That is the case for all.So a good song may fetch bad marks and vice versa.So don\'t bother abt such things and carry on your journey without hiccups.All wishes and wish to see you,Uma and Anu in the last rounds.

I quite agree with Rakhee who has blurted out not out of anything against you but of her anguish to see that you shed your unwanted inhibitions and take matters seriously at least not for yourself but to please your fans.In all your former song selections except 2 or 3 all were not to the standard.Don\'t know your mind though you hv a very nice voice and capable of making the audience to dance to your tunes.Such things must refelect in your facial expression and never look like a statue of sadness and without any charm.Many hv that complaint against you.At present your graph is not great but in future rounds if you adopt the same attitude even many of your fans will get angry of backing the wrong horse.Never give rise to such thinking.Always think positively and deliver nice songs.You can achieve,I am confident.Think over Bhadra and be confident.All the best.

First let me congratulate for your last performance song chosen by parvathi. Bhadra, you are a very talented singer, graced with good personality. I believe you have all the qualities for a Superstar, but i dont see that you believe so.. Do you think you are not good enough, or you are generally shy, or you have declared in your mind that you are the best , and what is there to compete with others ? You are good when you are performing, but the moment its over , your attitude is somewhat like you have lost a competition.. else you are not interested in it. If thats the case you are wasting others time and emotions.. coz people are investing not just their time but also their expectations with you people.. if you loose we feel bad .. if you do good we celebrate..I am very concerned about you coz i feel that you have all the potential but just because of your attitude or negligence you might loose out too fast .. Im very sorry to say this to you .. i dont want this to happen .. so i seriously want you to work on your attitude. while interacting with yur host be more active, work more on song selections.. .. Other contestant are so confident, whatever they perform .. so y cant you ? letme tell you. you are one of the bests in the lot of super star.. you have that voice which cud make u a superstar..if yu try for it.. so buck up ..

Bhadra,your song selected by Parvathy is not bad in performance and 22 marks is ok considering the new norms the panel created.While singing you show enthusiasm but otherwise you look always in a melancholy and brooding mood.I don\'t know the reason.Be cheerful Bhadra always and don\'t bother abt the outcome as this is not going to be the end of the world for you or for that purose any contestants.I am from EKM.Don\'t know aht you hv selected for the judges song as the choice has to be limited as in my view all the three hv not done much hit songs unlike some other greats and this will be a problem for all.Jayan is ok but the judgment of Deepak is the corrective one and he is capable of pointing out the correct mistakes and if he is satisfied means the song must be good.This is what I hv seen thruout.He has that gift.Alphons is a poor man and has not much to say as he happens to be the trainer and always in a tension packed mood.But all of them are not able to produce great songs except few ones.That makes the contestants position precarious.They can\'t be compared with Devarajan,Radhakrishnan,Johnson,Dakshinamurthy swamy,Ilayaraja,Rahman and some others.May be after some time they may pick up.As of now they are only average in giving good songs in my view though Jayan has some good films in his kitty,still he has to produce a good song that can stand the test of time.So the problem lies there.Already your shopot for that round also must hv been over and the same may be telecast but you and the assembled ppl and friends etc must hv known your position.So forget abt this round.Concentrate more on round 7,I don\'t know what round that is going to be but gear yourself up and be always cheerful.You face must reflect confidence not in a ego sense and cheerful as if this is only a platform for good things that may arise at a later time .You shuld never lose hope and take things lightly as if nothing has happened.At least you hv been able to impress upon many that there is a girl called Bhadra who can sing well.That is more important.By this you get more exposure.So be alert and be happy.All the best. As told I am a fan of you and Uma whom also I like very much.But she exhibits more confidence than you and you shuld also exhibit the same wave length.ok.

i did tweet u yesterday for a good performance.let me reiterate again you have a very different voice texture and should be very good in a recording theatre.One suggesion i have for u is dont hold back.you have a tendancy to hold urself back a bit and that curtails the out put of ur performance a wee bit.
u look good ,pretty and have a nice personality so let go ur inhibitions u will sound really great.

Bhadra, a good performance but I expected a better selection of song by your friend Parvathy as this song must hv been taken keeping in mind ARRehman.Need not necessarily be.There are innumerable songs by other directors also.Anyway the marks awarded to you justify my view that all is not well in the song.Perhaps there may be another song judges song and don\'t know whather the same has already been shot and marks awarded.If not give maximum efforts to thoroughly master all aspects as the competition becomes tighter.You can do it but many times I see you just l;ose your frame of mind and wander.What is the necessity.Already you hv sung 5 rounds and there is no necessity to falter and sing in an easy way as the sky has not fallen and if you take that approach all will go well.Wishing you great success in the next rounds.

Hi Bhadra, thank you for giving yet another wonderful song. You have a great voice. Your \'mayya mayya\' was a great number. But a piece of advice. Never get complacent. Artists always look for those finer points to get fine tuned. you get better and better with a lot of practice. Be bold, focused, give your best. I also think your mom should help choosing the songs.
