| Every week, thousands of votes are cast for Super Star-2 contestants. As the season progresses and the demand for voting increases week after week, it can get more difficult to get through right away on the SMS lines. The tips below will help Super Star-2 viewers have the best opportunity to vote for their favorite contestant. |
| Follow these tips for successful voting |
- Vote during non-peak periods.
Voting lines are open 24-hours-a-day following each Super Star - 2 telecast. Hence, you can cast your vote during non-peak hours as well
- Be patient!!
Remember, there are thousands of people also trying to vote at the same time, so there may be a delay in you receiving the automated response SMS.

| How do I vote? |
| Each contestant is assigned his or her own SMS KEYWORD. To vote, simply watch Super Star-2 on Amrita TV, Mon-Fri, at 7.30pm, and SMS your vote as below (we have used Alfred as an example): |

And the SMS is to be sent to the shortcodes indicated in the next question given below. |

| When can I vote ? |
Voting lines are open 24-hrs a day, including during the time of telecast of Super Star-2. |
| How do I know my vote has been counted ? |
Your message will count if you receive your confirmation message. Your message was not sent successfully if your handset reads 'message not sent.' You will receive one text confirmation message for each valid SMS vote per contestant. |
| When I tried to vote, my handset said 'message not sent' - why ? |
| The Text Messaging network is designed to handle huge volumes of SMS votes simultaneously. There may be times (particularly just after the show) when it will not be able to handle every message due to network congestion. When this happens, 'message not sent' may appear on your handset. Please be patient and try again later. |
| Why can't I vote on the Internet ? |
| For the moment, only SMS Text Messaging voting is available for Super Star - 2. |
I've noticed that several contestants have professional music experience, including TV appearances and stage shows, I thought you were only looking for amateur performers?

| In order to be eligible, the contestants are not permitted to have any CURRENT recording or talent management agreements. |
| How do I view videos on www.amritatv.com ? |
