Junior Support Engineer ( OTT / Web)

Qualification:  

• Bachelor’s degree / Three year diploma in Computer science/ I T

• Thorough knowledge in Media/ OTT domain.

• Skill in mobile application support & testing for Android ,iOS & Web.

• Experience in managing the Content Management & Uploading System.

• Knowledge about the streaming services. 

• Good understanding of cloud-based technologies such as AWS.

•  Knowledge in payment gateway integration and related issues.

•  Ability to prioritize & diagnose IT/ Network related issues and the system management.

•  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

 

EXPERIENCE :  Minimum one year experience in Networking & OTT / Social Media.
